Schwob Building Company’s preconstruction process is very flexible and tailored to each of our client’s individual needs. We can provide turnkey services beginning as early as Site Selection / Land Due Diligence or work with your program architect in a Construction Management role to review plans for constructability as we prepare to put the first shovel in the ground. Our preconstruction team is comprised of experts in site planning, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews. We pre-plan each project to minimize unforeseen issues, provide a smooth permitting process, ensure overall success, and guarantee we exceed client expectations during the construction phase.

WARRANTY

Our Warranty program has evolved to include:
Assisting through project close-out so our Warranty team knows the facility inside and out to better respond to your urgent repair needs
Conducting owner training for fencing and gate operators, landscape and irrigation, fire suppression, fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing, fuel and lube, and electrical systems
Scheduling mandatory 11-month warranty walks to complete any remedial work prior to the expiration of subcontractor warranty periods
Coordinating repairs directly with the subcontractor, freeing you and your team to run your business without spending precious time dealing with warranty claims
